We’re looking for short fiction with a message. The reader should come away with a better understanding of existence after reading your story. All stories should be original and never have been published previously. We purchase first rights.

Genre: Literary Fiction, Speculative Fiction

Length: 1000 – 5000 words

Payment: $25 via Paypal

Deadline: April 30, 2020 11:59 EST

Open to writers from anywhere as long as you’ve got a Paypal account because that’s how we pay.

Simultaneous Submissions: Are fine but if your story is accepted elsewhere, please let us know immediately via the email provided on the contacts page.

There is no cost to submit, but you must be following this site and the @jotilit instagram page. The winner will be announced via the Instagram page.

Please go to the Contact page and fill it out, copy and paste your story into the comment section. Also please make a note of your insta handle and the handle/email you used to follow the website at the end of your story.
